Q: Where is the login page
to my back office?
A: There is a link at the bottom right of the ilivingapp.com site called "Associate Login".
Q: Why do I need to put in my SSN to register?
A: In order to be able to receive compensation, it is required by
law that your SSN or a Tax ID be collected for tax purposes. If it weren't you
would never be legally allowed to be paid.
Q: What is my ID when I'm asked to login?
A: That is your username or the 6-digit ID# the company gives you.
Q: I signed up as a member for $6.95/month. But I want to take
part in the matrix commissions. How can I upgrade to an Associate at $9.95?
A: Log in to your back office. On the left you will see a link
called Place an Order/Upgrade. Look for the item called "$9.95
Associate" and purchase it.
Q: My sponsor's name or "Brought To You By Inspired
Living" shows up instead of my name when I try to go to my replicated
site. What do I do?
A: You need to clear your cookies for ilivingapp.com and/or refresh your cache by holding down
SHIFT and reloading the page. You can also try a new browser.
Q: I signed up as an Associate but I have not received a welcome
email.
A: If you are sure you entered the correct email address when you
registered, then your server may be rejecting our emails, or possibly your
email client is filtering them into your spam/junk folder.
Q: With the massive growth expected, is the plan in place to
scale up the servers?
A: Yes
Q: When we try to send our link to someone on Facebook it always
goes back to home.asp instead of our username in the URL. Any advice?
A: That is the way the links are programmed. They put tracking cookies
onto that computer even though you don't see your affiliate username in the
URL. You should see your name up in the box on the top left corner saying
"Brought to you by (your name)". Sometimes it says "Brought to
you by Inspired Living". The true test is to tell people to look for your
name as the sponsor on the bottom of the Registration Page.
Q: How can I see how my team is doing?
A: Login into your back office and click on "Genealogy".
You can drill down into your team by clicking on each person.
Reminder: Make sure to upload your photo in the back office. It
makes it really nice when you go look at your team and see real people.
App Questions:
Q: How would you explain iLA's product to someone?
A: The Inspired Living App will deliver a weekly, 9 or so minute
long personal development video to an associate's mobile device or web site. As
a $9.95/month subscriber you'll also have access to the archive library of all
past content, too. There will also be a simple way to invite your contacts to
take a look at the app as well. Great info at ilivingapp.com too. Our vision is to make the iLivingApp
the most comprehensive source of high quality personal growth and development
material available anywhere! People will absolutely love this app and it will
be well worth the $10 cost.
Q: What platforms will the iLiving App be available on when it
is released?
A: We are making this as versatile as possible. Android based
devices, Apple products such as iPhones iPads as well as personal computers
will all be able to access iLivingApp over the internet.
Q: What type of video content will be on the app and who will be
doing the videos?
A: We will be using a combination of in house talent, known
leaders in the market and obtaining reproduction rights to existing material.
It is our goal to develop the single most robust collection of HIGH QUALITY
video content available. If it doesn't meet our standards it doesn't get in.
Q: Who are John Rodgers and John Marr?
A: John Rodgers is President of iLA. He has been in sales and
marketing for over 20 years, and has had a good deal of personal experience in
the network marketing industry. The concept of iLA was born out of his
experiences over the years. He dreamed of forming an MLM company that is
designed to truly help the person in the field. John Marr, our Vice
President, is also our App Developing partner. As the owner of savageapps he
has forged a name for himself in the industry. With over 20 5-star rated apps
in the app store, his experience and vision are a vital part of giving iLA the
solid foundation on which we are building. You can see his personal portfolio at johnmarr.com. John
Rodgers and John Marr are both very much vested and committed to creating an
extremely high quality personal development app through which to distribute top
shelf content.
Compensation Questions:
Q: I heard that we are in a "Preregistration" or
"Pre-enrollment" phase. What does this mean?
A: Starting from January 2nd people have been able to sign up into
iLA as associates. During the month of January, iLA will not be charging any
credit cards or taking payments of any kind. Our official Prelaunch is set for
February 1st, and that's when Associates will start paying the $9.95 monthly
fee. Prelaunch is slated to be a 90-day period of time, during which we will be
releasing the beta version of iLivingApp for field testing. We need to make
sure our product is polished and bullet proof for our official launch in early
May. We are glad you are here to see the very beginning of great things! Please
understand that you have a tremendous opportunity by being involved at such an
early stage, but by that same token you may have to be a little patient as we
are working behind the scenes to get all the details in place and create the
awesome content that will make iLA a rock solid, lasting company that delivers
unparalleled value to the marketplace.
Q: When will the first commission run be? How/when/where do the
funds get deposited, dispersed to the Associates?
A: The first wave of commissions will be paid out in the beginning
of April. We will be using an eWallet system to accomplish this. This means
each Associate will be able to create a secure account and tell the eWallet
where to deposit their commissions. Commissions will be paid out on a monthly
basis.
Q: How many people does it take to fill my matrix?
A: There are 3279 spots in a full 3x7 matrix.
Q: What happens to my matrix if people quit?
A: The matrix will compress regularly, filling in any spots that
become empty. It will be updated every 60 days automatically. The reason it's
done this way is just in case people have a credit card that expires and needs
to be updated, then they won't lose their position in the matrix too soon. They
will have a fair chance to correct the issue before they are removed from the
system.
Q: To actually have the $9.95/month covered do you have to have
three enrollees & those three have to have three people?
A: This is 3x7 matrix, which means you will have 3 people on your
first level, 9 on your second, 27 on your third, and so on whether you enroll them
or not. When you have your first and second row filled (12 spots) you'll be
making roughly $10/month and your application will be free!
Q: Is it compliant for associates to earn money without having
to sponsor?
A: Yes, based on legal counsel, the main issue around similar comp
plans has been forcing people to pay to participate. We allow people to come in
Free and then "Qualify" to earn by at least registering 2
"Retail" customers OR just paying the Associate subscription of $9.95/month.
Q: Is iLA a company forced matrix or just a regular forced
matrix?
A: It is a regular matrix in that when Associates refer people to
the program they will only ever be forced into ‘their’ matrix.
Enrollment/Registration Questions:
Q: What is the information people will need to register?
A: Plan on needing name, address, phone number, email, username,
Password, SSN or Tax ID# (for U.S.), and Credit Card. **Your CC won't be
charged until Feb 1. (You can register a business as an associate using a Tax
ID #)
Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I still become an Associate?
A: The merchant account requires a credit, debit, or pre-payed
card in order to get you into the system. We cannot accept any other forms of
payment.
Q: Can I only sign up once or multiple times?
A: Each person can only sign up once under their own tax ID# (such
as a social security number). However you can sign up your corporation and have
it sign up others, too.
Q: When will my first subscription payment be collected?
A: February 1st. Everyone who registers before then will be
registering and positioning in the Matrix for free.
Q: If a husband signs up a wife can they use the same credit
card?
A: Yes
Q: Can my spouse be a direct referral from me?
A: A spouse can be enrolled directly under the other spouse and
there are no limits to number of people in a household that can enroll.
Q: When you enroll more than three, do they count as your front
line or just fall into your downline?
A: When you enroll associates, they will fall wherever there are
open spots in your matrix starting at top and working their way from the top
down and left to right.
Q: Can associates enroll internationally?
A: Yes. We are accepting applications from all countries.
Q: Will the iLA content be translated into other languages?
A: At this time we are launching with English-only content. Our
goal is to make the content accessible to non-English speakers in the future.
Q: Can I be involved with another MLM at the same time as iLA?
A: We encourage you to add iLA to your other MLM business! We feel
the iLA concept matches perfectly alongside any other opportunity. However you
may want to check with your other MLM to see if their terms of service prohibit
you from joining another company.
Q: Is there an age requirement with iLA?
A: Yes, 18 years or older.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: We want to make certain you are aware that if you cancel, you
will lose your position in the matrix. This positioning cannot be reinstated if
you change your mind and want to come back! Additionally, you may not re-enroll
for a 6-month period after the date of your cancellation. If you are certain
that you wish to cancel simply email support@ilivingapp.com and tell them that you want to cancel
your subscription. Give them your username or ID#.
Site Security Questions:
Q: Is it really safe for me to be entering my SSN and Credit
Card details into your site? What kind of security do you offer?
A: We understand that you're concerned about the security and
privacy of your online transactions. We use GoDaddy SSL to ensure that your
valuable data, such as credit card details, are encrypted when you interact
with our site. We employ state-of-the-art data encryption to ensure safe and
secure transactions to our site. Your computer and ours agree to transpose whatever
we are sending into an unintelligible "hash" of characters, using a
technology called SSL. For example:

Without the information on your computer or ours, no one can
understand our encrypted communication. For your safety, please expect anyone
who communicates confidential information with you on the Internet to use
encryption, the way we do.
Q: What is SSL?
A: Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the security technology for
encrypting a link between a web server and a browser. All data passed between
our web server and your browser remains private and secure.
Whenever you communicate with us on our payment pages, a small
yellow padlock appears in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser as a
sign that we are now engaging SSL. (Another sign on some browsers is that when
you enter the secure area of the site, the background of the address bar turns
dark yellow or bright green. You'll also notice that http:// is replaced by
https:// (The 's' stands for 'Secure').
Q: How do I know you are a real organization?
A: To generate an encrypted SSL transmission, a web server
requires an SSL Certificate. Checking a website's certificate is good practice
that helps you avoid spoof websites, sometimes called "phishing"
sites. To check the certificate, click on the padlock. Your browser will show
you the name of the owner of the certificate. This name should match the name
of the website operator. Our SSL certificates are issued by a leading
certificate authority, GoDaddy. GoDaddy is Web Trust-compliant, meaning that
their business practices and processes have been rigorously audited according
to AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) guidelines by an
independent approved auditor (Ernst & Young). GoDaddy SSL certificates
enable a high level of encryption. They also confirm that a company is a legally
accountable organization. To receive a SSL Certificate from GoDaddy, we
had to demonstrate to them that we are an existing business, along with our
control over the domain you are visiting. When you shop online, you deserve to
know who you are interacting with. Seeing a site with a GoDaddy SSL
Certificate, confirms two essential factors: One, that you have a secure SSL
(encrypted) link with this website. Two, that this website represents a real
organization.
